Betty Boop Butler Cigarette Stand, a 30” wood cut out, painted in the traditional Betty Boop colors of red and black, a red dress, lips and earrings and black hair, facial features, heels and garter. The animated cartoon character was originally created as a French poodle in 1930 and became a human character in 1932.
